Trading isn’t about being right. Trading is about staying present while being wrong, again and again, yet still showing up day after day. I don’t believe in certainty, I believe in coherence. The market isn’t the enemy, the market is a mirror. Each trade confronts me with my impatience, my hope, my ego and my fears. It exposes the parts of me I try to control or deny, revealing the truth under pressure. I trade because this practice reveals what I avoid in silence. I trade because it leaves no space for improvisation, no room for the unprepared and no mercy for illusion. Trading is the most difficult thing I’ve ever done: emotionally, mentally and existentially. But it’s also the most honest, the most exacting and the most alive. Every time I enter a position, I meet myself again. That’s why I trade.
